There is no registration fee to join the Sam Network. You can easily create your account by clicking the Login / Sign Up button and entering your billing and shipping details.
Once your registration is complete, you can shop across all stores connected to the Sam Network using a single login.
With your account, you’ll be able to view your order history, create wish lists, track your shipments, request quotes, and enjoy special rewards and promotional offers that may be available.

Enter your registered email address, and we will send you an email with instructions to create a new password
You can update your shipping or billing details at any time by logging in to your Sam account and selecting Edit Information.
You may also add multiple shipping or billing addresses if you need to manage more than one location.
If you wish to delete or deactivate your Sam account, you can submit a request through the Account Settings page.
Once your request is received, our support team will review it and confirm the process with you by email.
My Order
To view the status of your order, simply log in to your Sam account and go to Order History. All updates related to processing, shipping, and delivery will be displayed there.
If your order status does not appear, you can also submit an inquiry through our support page. Complete the form, and one of our customer service representatives will respond within 24–48 hours
Your order status updates automatically based on where it is in the fulfillment process. Below is a description of each status you may see in your Sam account:
Declined – Your payment could not be processed, and the order was not completed.
Pending – Your order is under review while we verify the payment.
Approved – Your payment has been successfully collected and your order is confirmed.
Processing – Your order is being reviewed and prepared by our team.
Ordered – Your order is currently being fulfilled.
Backordered – One or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock and awaiting restock.
Partially Shipped – Some items have been shipped, and we are waiting to ship the remaining items.
Shipped – Your entire order has been shipped.
Complete – Your order has been fully delivered and finalized. Thank you for your purchase!
In some cases, your order may also appear as Voided or Refunded, indicating that certain items were canceled, unavailable, or returned, and a full or partial refund has been issued.
Most orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled without any penalty. Simply submit a cancellation request through the designated form, and our team will process your request.
However, some orders may not be eligible for cancellation. This includes special orders, custom items, or non-stocked products. In rare cases, your order may have already shipped even though the status has not yet updated in the system. When this happens, the order cannot be canceled.
In certain situations, it may be possible to redirect the shipment back to our warehouse. Please note that any redirection or return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Most orders are eligible for return; however, please note that no items may be returned without prior written authorization from Sam, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Special-order products or made-to-order items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Returns are not accepted after 40 days from the delivery date.
If you would like to return your order, simply complete the Return Request Form. Our Returns Team will contact you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid, and any shipping fees related to your original order are non-refundable.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In-stock items typically ship the same day for orders placed before 3:00 PM EST.
For non-stock or out-of-stock items, lead times may vary based on supplier availability, but most ship within 2–4 business days depending on factory conditions.
Some items from your order may ship sooner than others; however, orders that qualify for Free Shipping must ship as a complete package.
Please note that any in-stock items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

All payments are processed at the time of purchase, regardless of an item's stock status.
Once your payment is confirmed, no additional charges will be applied to your account for backordered items or partial shipments.
Some banks and credit card providers classify purchases from Sam as international transactions, depending on how they recognize our parent company’s banking location. As a result, your card issuer may apply a small international or foreign transaction fee.
Please note that Sam does not charge or receive this fee—it is applied directly by your bank or credit card company. In many cases, the fee appears on your statement next to our name, which can understandably cause confusion.
We recommend contacting your credit card provider to request a fee reversal. Many issuers are willing to remove the charge upon request.
Your invoice is automatically emailed to you once your payment has been completed.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may filter it there.
If the invoice is not in your junk folder, your email address may be incorrect in our system.

At this time, we do not support the use of third-party or collect shipping accounts. This policy helps us maintain low shipping costs while meeting carrier requirements.
Because Sam operates multiple warehouses across the United States, items in your order may ship from different locations. Allowing third-party shipping would significantly increase overall costs for customers.
By standardizing our shipping process, you receive one simple, consolidated shipping charge, regardless of where items are stocked. This approach also ensures that all in-stock items can ship immediately, and our shipping volume allows us to keep your rates lower.

We currently ship all orders on a Pre-Pay & Add basis. For eligible orders over $199, we offer a Free Shipping option.

All parts sold through Sam are brand new unless specifically stated otherwise.
Each item includes the limited manufacturer’s warranty provided by the original manufacturer. In most cases, manufacturers offer a 1-year limited warranty, but coverage may vary.
For detailed warranty information, please refer to the manufacturer’s official website.
Some products offered through Sam are custom-made, built to order, or manufactured based on specific design requirements. In other cases, the item may be a special-order product or something we do not regularly keep in stock.
For these types of products, the manufacturer begins production or procurement immediately after the order is placed. Because of this, the item cannot be canceled once ordered, and we are unable to accept returns for these products.
Although these items represent a small portion of our overall catalog, they are clearly marked as Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable, and customers are required to acknowledge this before completing the purchase.
With a catalog of more than 300,000+ SKUs, occasional delays can occur in updating product information. For items that we do not stock regularly, we may only learn that a product has been discontinued or declared obsolete when we attempt to order it from the manufacturer.
At Sam, we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date product information possible. However, there are rare instances where manufacturer updates have not yet been reflected on our website.
We apologize for the inconvenience and issue a full refund for any order affected by product obsolescence.
With a catalog of more than 300,000+ SKUs, occasional delays may occur in updating pricing for certain brands or products. In most cases, if the difference is minimal, we will make every effort to honor the original listed price.
However, there are times when the price increase from the manufacturer is too significant for Sam to absorb. In those situations, we will issue a full refund, and you may choose to place a new order at the updated price if you wish.
